EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you have received the wrong goods or if the goods received are defective, please contact us by filling in the form below (at the bottom of this page).

If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original and re-saleable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, but please note that return shipping costs are not included. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or are not in original condition.

Return Policy and Guidelines:

All returned items must be unused and in original plastic packaging (if any).
We are not responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
All return packages must be sent via a trackable and insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transport.
Please ensure that the return form has been approved, as an unapproved form may delay the processing of your return.

Easy return in three easy steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Please include your order number (found in your order confirmation email (4 digits)), email address and reason for return.

Step 2: Return your order. Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track & Trace code. You are responsible for shipping, so make sure you are clear.

Step 3: Get the purchase amount in your bank account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.

Why can't beauty and health products be returned?

We understand that hygiene and public safety are of great importance. Therefore, some products, such as underwear, bikinis, make-up, hair styling products and beauty products, cannot be returned and refunded. This measure is in place to protect all our customers and is also enforced by other suppliers of beauty and health products.

Do I have to pay for my return shipping?

Yes, all customers are responsible for the cost of their return shipping. Costs can vary depending on where you are, usually between €15 and €28. We recommend that you provide your return with a Track & Trace code, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns. Our only warehouse is located in China so please note that return costs may be higher than usual.

If there is an address on your package that does not match the address above, we would like to kindly inform you that this is not our valid returns address. We only use one address, as stated above. If you return your package here, unfortunately we will no longer be able to give you a refund for your order.
